Entry Fees & Methods of Payment

Early-bird entry fees are as follows:

  • U.S. $295 per entry in the categories that recognize individuals (Lifetime Achievement and Executive of the Year), with the exception of Employee of the Year, which is free. 
     
  • U.S. $520 per entry in the categories that recognize entire organizations, teams, products and services, with the exception of Educational or Research Institution of the Year, which is free

Entry fees will rise $45/entry after the April 16 early-bird deadline. Entries may still be submitted after the final deadline of May 14, up through June 11, but a late fee of $55/entry will be assessed in addition to the entry fee. This late fee will also apply to the categories that were previously free.

If appropriate, an entry may be entered in multiple categories; and the fees are due for each category entered.  Each entry will be judged separately in each category entered.  Entries submitted in multiple categories are eligible to win multiple awards.

Acceptable Methods of Payment

  • Credit Card: American Express, MasterCard, and Visa

  • Cheque: Written on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars, payable to Stevie Awards, Inc.

  • Wire Transfer: Payment in U.S. dollars may be wired. An invoice with bank-transfer instructions will be available in th Invoices section of your entry account after submission.

No refunds will be made after May 14, 2026.
